They walked the aisle in pristine white with the right shades of gold and world made way for them.

Priyanka Chopra's red carpet outfit for Oscars 2016 happened to be the most trending dress of 2016 as it was widely searched for online. Priyanka wore a white strapless gown by Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad. The dress featured a heart shaped bodice embroidered with shimmering leaves and 3D blossoms entwined together on sheer fabric. This feminine look was definitely a win-win then and even now.

Julianne Hough looked incredible in her white and gold tiered gown as she posed with Ryan Seacrest at the Golden Globes 2013, after which christened herself with the title of the Golden Girl. The "Rock of Ages" star sparkles in a Monique Lhuillier dress and interesting ear accessories.

Sofia Vergara looked gorgeous in white for the 2014 Emmy Awards! The sexy silhouette of the dress looked amazing on her fit frame. She wore a strapless floor length Roberto Cavalli ensemble that featured a structured fitted top that showed off plenty of cleavage. The silver lining was strategically placed and only added to the silhouette of the gown, making her curves look even hotter!

Beyoncé can do no wrong. The singer skipped the Grammys red carpet on February 15 and had everyone desperately waiting to see what she was wearing. Beyoncé, at the 2016 Grammy Awards, donned a stellar long sleeve white flowing gown — she literally looked like an angel!

Kim Kardashian was a vision of white simplicity at the InStyle Awards 2015, in Los Angeles, where she looked absolutely angelic in a caped gown! The reality star wore an all-white floor length gown with a dramatic cape to the award show. Despite a flurry of A-list celebs wearing their red carpet best, it was Kim’s breathtaking white gown that stole the show. Her white gown and cape by Valentino showed off her precious baby bump.

Milla Jovovich set the Oscar 2012 fashion bar pretty high when she was one of the first to set foot on the red carpet. The star of the new Resident Evil: Retribution wore an elegant silver white gown by Elie Saab.
